K42EP Lithium Multipurpose Grease K42 Lithium Multipurpose Grease is created from highly refined base oils, with the addition of extreme pressure additives, allowing it to achieve and maintain excellent levels of mechanical stability over periods of continuous load. K42 protects against rust, is resistant to water washout, is non-corrosive to non-ferrous bearings and can operate constantly at temperates up to 120oC, with short bursts up to 150oC K42 Lithium Multipurpose grease is the perfect fit for lubricating chassis' and wheel bearings, and is particularly suited for the lubrication of plant and construction equipment ie bulldozers, loading shovels etc due to its ability to stand up to the demands of constant heavy and shock loading.

WORKSHOP PRO MD-4 PENETRATING FLUID Description MD-4 is an effective, damp start and penetrating fluid with outstanding corrosion protection properties. When applied to wet parts the chemistry of MD-4 has a powerful attraction to the underlying surfaces and this completely displaces traces of water. Therefore this product is particularly useful as an engine damp start. Using the aerosol version, a short spray on to the affected parts will displace any wetness and prevent voltage breakdown, allowing the engine to be started again normally. MD-4 is also an effective penetrating fluid for freeing all seized and corroded metal parts. It has been designed with a very low surface tension, which gives it excellent penetrating power, and this, coupled with superior solvent and lubricating properties enables the most inaccessible corroded parts to be speedily dismantled. The residual oil film acts as a rust and corrosion preventative on the disassembled parts and helps reassembly. Applications As a damp start, aerosol version. One short spray of 2-3 seconds on the plugs, leads, and distributor cap will displace moisture and allow starting. As a penetrating oil. Heavily corroded and seized parts should first be freed of scale, rust and paint by wire brushing. The parts should then be left to soak for as long as practical, and in severe cases, preferably overnight. Should be used whenever difficulties in dismantling due to rust, corrosion and seized parts are anticipated.

Description: K48 is a premium quality multi-purpose grease for use in all anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions. The incorporation of Molybdenum Disulphide imparts a high degree of wear protection against load, shock loading and dusty environments. Used extensively for applications throughout industry and the automotive sector. Features: Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear performance. High degree of corrosion protection. Excellent shock loading Protection. Applications: K48 is specially formulated for use in industrial equipment, cars, vans, trucks and construction plant such as bulldozers, scrapers, loading shovels and dump trucks where it will give superior performance, in all industrial plain and rolling element bearings. It is particularly recommended for constant velocity joints and fifth wheel lubrication. It is particularly effective where movements are small or intermittent and where fretting corrosion is a problem. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge prior to application. Description: K323 is an extremely sophisticated lithium/calcium base grease which incorporates modern polymer technology. This advanced grease has a high level of water tolerance, mechanical stability and adherence. K323 has exceptional load carrying ability and will cope with constant high levels of loads and shock loading. Its wide application temperature range makes it ideal for a multitude of what are normally considered difficult applications, especially in both fresh and salt water saturated environments or where rubbing surfaces tend to remove ordinary grease coatings.
